Urbancubes has introduced PropCubes, an online portal for managing industrial parks.
Urbancubes General Manager, Shahrulnizam Ahmad said PropCubes has been designed as a one-stop centre to manage services and maintenance within industrial parks, including security passes, billing, contractors and work orders.
He added as an industrial park manager, Urbancubes can manage monthly service and maintenance work involving tenants by using the online portal.
“Tenants can monitor the work status and download reports. They can also view their monthly bills and make payments online.
“Monthly statistics are also available for the entire industrial parks, among other things,” he told Bernama when met at the 6th Selangor International Business Summit 2022 last Friday.
Shahrulnizam also highlighted that PropCubes has extended its reach beyond the conventional facilities management boundaries, being the first total integrated facilities management portal for industrial parks in Selangor.
“We promise our partners an opportunity to conduct their business utilising the latest state-of-the-art technologies available,” he said.
Meanwhile, Central Spectrum CEO and Urbancubes Director, Mohamad Razif Abdul Wahab said PropCubes is the pioneer of total integrated facilities management for industrial parks in Selangor.
