Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad has accepted the Letter of Award for the execution and completion of the main building works at Lakefront Residence for a contract sum of RM154.6 million.
Lakefront Residence Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MCT Berhad and is the developer for the project and will be for a duration of 24 months
The work is for the construction of a gated and guarded community with a 28-story building and 606 condominiums, the building will be located at Lakefront Cyberjaya.
