CTOS Digital Q3 Profits Soars By 95% Declares Third Single Tier Dividend Of RM0.60

CTOS Digital or the Group saw its profit after tax soar by 95% YoY to RM22.8 million for the three months ended 30 September 2022 (3Q 2022) while revenue increased by 37% YoY to RM52.8 million.

Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, Erick Hamburger said: “We delivered another outstanding set of results this quarter, underpinned by improved organic performance, as momentum continued to accelerate in all three business segments. Our growth playbook has not stopped since listing, as evidenced by our six consecutive quarters of revenue increase.

Upon receipt of shareholders’ approval in August 2022, CTOS Digital increased its shareholdings in RAM Holdings Berhad from 39.925% in 3Q 2022 and further to 57.675% currently. As at the end of 3Q 2022, CTOS Digital’s associate companies include RAM Holdings Berhad, Juris Technologies Sdn Bhd and Business Online Company Limited (BOL, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand). During the quarter, the share of profits of associates grew by 173% to RM5.9 million compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The group declared a third interim single-tier dividend of 0.60 sen per ordinary share, the total payout will amount to RM13.86 million, representing a payout ratio of 61%. With this, the company has declared a total dividend of RM35.0 million in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
