S P Setia’s flagship township development Setia Alam has recently launched Musika Homes, its last double-storey terrace collection, with the unveiling of its first two phases Altora and Barola.

Altora, the first phase of Musika Homes, has already recorded an 85% take-up rate following its launch on 15 October. It offers 114 units of double-storey terraces. Priced from RM963,000 to RM1.34 million, the ideal link home with a larger land area of 22 ft by 75 ft, including a five-foot open yard.
