Rapid KL has issued an alert on its social media with disruption occurring along its Kelana Jaya and KLCC Station, the operator has advised commuters to take an alternative mode of transport to their destination.
The peak-hour disruption has passengers up in arms, many have vented their frustration on social media with Elvin Chan claiming the problem has been since Saturday and has not been fixed. While Denise Lu lamented that she works in Sunway but lives in PWTC and will have to now take from USJ 7 to Putra Heights and then change to the brown line to PWTC.
In its efforts, Rapid has extended alternative transports including feeder buses from LRT Lembah Subang to Pasar Seni and vice versa and Damai to Jamek and vice versa.
The disruption has been a bane for commuters who have been facing the issue regularly, especially along this line.
