Penang has announced a state holiday on November 18, the day before GE15.
Penang Chief Minister, Chow Kon Yeow said the holiday will offer voters “time and convenience” to prepare for voting day.
This comes after the announcement of Penang and Negeri Sembilan declaring state holidays on November 18 as well.
