Caely Holdings Proposes A Name Change To Callista

Caely Holdings which has been laden with court cases and director conflicts has filed a proposal to Bursa on changing its company name to Callista Holdings Berhad.

The undergarment manufacturing company which started its business in 1988, and grew into a large-scale lingerie company with a factory in Perak has not been short of controversies in the past year. Having reported fund misappropriation by former directors to counter suits by directors, Caely has been in the news for mostly the wrong reasons.

Looks like the new board members want a clean slate moving forward but first with a new name. Callista is incidentally also part of the company.
