Bursa Malaysia Securities will suspend the trading Serba Dinamik shares on the Main Market after the group failed to issue its annual report despite the Exchange extending till 15 December.
The beleaguered company was granted an extension of time of 1.5 months from 31 October 2022 until 15 December 2022 to issue its annual report that includingthe annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports for the financial year ended 30 June 2022, however, Serba Dinamik had failed to issue its AR 2022 to Bursa Securities.
Bursa said in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, it will suspend the trading in the securities of the such listed issuer. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline.
In view of this the shares will be suspended from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 23 December 2022 until further notice said the Exchange.
