Revenue Group Berhad has announced that the executive functions of two of its Executive Directors Mr. Ng Shih Chiow and Mr. Ng Shih Fang have been suspended with immediate effect pending further investigation over certain complaints against them.
Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Revenue, Datuk Eddie Ng Chee Siong said, “Following information that has been brought to the Board of Directors’ attention, the Board has arrived at the decision to suspend the two Executive Directors immediately pending investigation.”
“Notwithstanding this unfortunate event, the Board would like to reassure all stakeholders that it is business as usual for REVENUE as the next level of the leadership team, who are highly capable, is handling day-to-day operations. Additionally, we are also looking into further strengthening our management and internal control. The Board and the management remain committed on growing our business and executing our growth strategies, which are progressing well.”

The Group said it will make further announcements when there is any material development in respect of this matter.
