TH Properties And MRCB Launch RM3 Billion GDV Kota Semarak Mixed Development

TH Properties and MRCB joint ventured 59 Inc. Sdn. Bhd has launched Kota Semarak, a maiden eco-friendly high-rise mixed development project approximately RM3 billion in GDV.

A 70:30 joint venture between the two juggernaut developers, the project, is located on a prime 27-acre land in Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra or previously known as Jalan Semarak, and will be developed in three phases. With a gross development value of RM 3 billion, the development comprises the components of serviced apartments, shop offices, and a retail mall. Phase 1A, which will have a total of 1,226 units of serviced apartments, including 100 units of RUMAWIP, in four towers and 87 units of shop offices, is earmarked to be completed in February 2027.

The project will include top amenities for modern living like an electric vehicle charging station, Beam scooter station, multi-tier security, a solid waste management system, and rainwater harvesting. It’s located just 5 km from KLCC and has easy access to DUKE highway. At home or play, buyers can also take advantage of the surrounding greenery and the nearby Taman Rekreasi Ayer Panas; in addition to amenities such as KLCC Park, Kelab Golf Titiwangsa PDRM, and Setapak Golf Range.

Apart from Kota Semarak, other developments by TH Prop include Tierra in Bandar Warisan Puteri 2, Seremban, Techpark, The Villas, Hundred East and Pristine 3 in Bandar Enstek, as well as Pesisiran Residences in Kuantan, Pahang.
