Nestcon had accepted the Letter of Acceptance of Tender from Senai Airport City Sdn. Bhd. for the appointment as a contractor to undertake the Phase 2 construction and completion of remaining earthworks for the Proposed Development of Senai Airport City
Under the agreement, Nestcon wholly-owned subsidiary NISB will undertake and complete the contract Works in accordance with the terms and conditions set in the agreement. The provisional contract sum for the project is RM27.2 million and the final contract sum shall be subject to the confirmation of actual approved Contract Works to be done and based on unit rates which are fixed for the entire contract period.
The contract period will be fifteen months with effect from the date of site possession in February 2023 to the completion date of April 2024.
