Ageson Claims Allegation Against Dato Sri Chin Kok Foong Is Malicious

Ageson has rebutted the various media report alleging that its Executive Director Dato’ Sri Chin Kok Foong is involved in alleged fraudulent documents in 2019 and 2020.

In a filing to Bursa, Ageson said Dato Sri Chin strongly denies his involvement in the allegation and believes that the allegation was targeted against him personally. The company also clarified that the allegation is not related to the other Board of Directors or any entities within the group.

For clarity, it added neither Dato Sri Chin or any Directors nor any entities within Ageson are related to the company mentioned in the news, which was APC Builder & Construction Sdn Bhd.

These false claims are a result of malicious intent and a clear attempt to damage the reputation of DSC and Ageson. DSC has sought legal advice on the next course of action on this matter and has given full cooperation to the authorities to assist in the investigation on the allegation made against him it added.
