Ninja Van Inks MOU With National Cancer Society Malaysia To Provide Cancer Support

Ninja Van Malaysia, a leading tech-enabled logistics company, has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) today in an effort to provide essential cancer support for individuals and families affected by cancer.

Under this MOU, Ninja Van Malaysia has been appointed as NCSM’s exclusive delivery partner to support the distribution of NCSM’s educational and medical materials, as well as items made or sold by cancer survivors through social enterprises.

The collaboration will leverage Ninja Van Malaysia’s extensive delivery network, providing support for programmes and initiatives that aim to impact over 20,000 individuals. Most recently, Ninja Van Malaysia helped to deliver a shipment of over 100 items for the Relay for Life Malaysia 2022, an event that works towards raising awareness about cancer prevalence and prevention.

“We are proud to support NCSM in their efforts to create a better future for those affected by cancer. This partnership is in line with our commitment to give back to the communities we serve and make a positive impact. We understand there may be challenges and barriers that make it difficult for some to access proper cancer care. It is our hope that through our extensive network, this partnership will allow NCSM to reach a wider audience, making it easier for Malaysians to show their support and contribute to the fight against cancer,” said Adzim Halim,

CEO of Ninja Van Malaysia. NCSM’s President, Dato Dr. Saunthari Somasundaram, expressed her excitement about the collaboration and said, “We are thrilled to have Ninja Van Malaysia on board this partnership, and look forward to working with a socially responsible partner to support our patient-oriented activities. Supporting patients outside a regular hospital setting is important to us and through this collaboration, we will be able to reach more Malaysians with our message of hope as well as empower survivors by assisting them in marketing and pushing their products out to their supporters and clients”

NCSM is the country’s first non-profit cancer organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals affected by cancer. With a mission to prevent, detect, and treat cancer, they offer a range of services, including education and awareness programmes, support groups, and psychosocial assistance for those in need.
