MGB Construction & Engineering has accepted a letter of award from Blee & W Architects Sdn. Bhd. on behalf of Astana Modal (M) Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed development project on D’Island Residence, Puchong.
The project is for the construction of terrace of houses on the plot with a contract value of RM46.8 million, with this the group will increase the order book to RM1.88 billion.
The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company and the Group over the duration of the contract.
AMSB is a subsidiary company of LBS Bina Group Berhad and LBGB is a major shareholder of MGB.
