CORE Precious Development Sdn Bhd has reached a major milestone in the construction of its 70%-completed CORE Residence @ TRX, which has a gross development value of RM1.4 billion. The Company celebrates a topping-out ceremony with the placing of the final beam of the project structure at the first residential project in the financial district of Tun Razak Exchange.
The developer is a joint venture between China Communications Construction Group (CCCG) – one of the Fortune Global 500 corporations and WCT Holdings Berhad – one of Malaysia’s leading engineering and construction companies and property developers.

As the first residential development in the 70-acre mega-development of Tun Razak Exchange, the future of Kuala Lumpur’s financial district, the project has received an overwhelming response from a wide array of international and local buyers.
The residential block has received favourable take-up rate of 80%, attracting customers from more than 20 countries with its buyers coming from key Asian countries such as China, Singapore, South Korea and Japan, and Malaysia.
The first residential development within TRX, CORE Residence will set the curve for a high-end premium lifestyle within the vicinity as the residence comes equipped with first-class living facilities and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with interior design emphasising natural lighting and ventilation in its units.
