Enra Group has announced that it had secured a BBC contract through its subsidiary Hexagon Energy Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as ENRA Oil & Gas Services Sdn. Bhd.), with 7Seas Maritime Transportation – FZCO, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.
The oil and gas company said the value of the contract is at least USD9.32 million (approximately RM41.0 million) which will span over a 5-year period with a mutual option to extend it further for another 5 years.
This BBC Contract is expected to contribute positively to ENRA Group’s earnings per share and net assets per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2024.
The charter period will begin immediately after the end of Ratu ENRA’s current charter contract in Yetagun on 5 June 2023.
