Boustead Heavy Industries has appointed its DCNS Naval Chief Executive Officer Feroz Razi Ramli as its new CEO.
Feroz until now was the leading the Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn Bhd and before that was the Deputy Chief Executive.
He has a Degree in Economics and Business from University Durham UK, Feroz also did stints as a Senior Manager, Audit, at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kuala Lumpur and Audit Manager, Jeffreys Hendry LLP, London.
BHIB business units under this division are engaged in three principal activities namely shipbuilding, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), and manufacturing.
