Lemon Garden will be serving a bountiful spread of mouthwatering dishes themed around Easter Sunday brunch. The buffet features an array of freshly prepared dishes from live theatre kitchens, showcasing a diverse range of culinary delights including Malay, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Japanese and Western cuisine.
Easter Sunday Brunch main highlights include Roast Beef Wellington, Pan-fried Barramundi with Romesco sauce and grilled zucchini, Roasted Chicken, Lamb Ragout Mini Pie with Tomato Coulis, authentic wood-fired pizzas, pasta, Stuffed Egg with Guacamole and cherry Tomato, chicken curry with Malay herbs, double boiled soups, steamed tiger prawns, baby scallops, yabbies, and freshly shucked oysters.
In addition, the Easter bakery section offers a range of baked goods including traditional hot cross buns, sweet Easter bread, cherry tomato focaccia, brioche infused with pumpkin and carrot, as well as gluten-free muffins made with carrot.
Moreover, an array of luxurious sweets, such as chocolate tart, raspberry kiwi Jalousie, Easter eggs, and chocolate rabbits, mini orange rabbit macaroons, rabbit chocolate mousse cake, banana Nutella crepes and more are available at the dessert pavilion.
There will be Easter-themed fun activities for children such as Easter egg treasure hunt at the maze garden, face painting and balloon sculping.
