Mudajaya Corporation Berhad, has accepted the letter of award from Kotra Pharma Malaysia to undertake the construction of one-storey warehouse together with 6 mezzanine floors in Melaka.
The contract sum for the Project is approximately RM64.1 million, subject to final re-measurement of the contract. The Project is targeted to be completed by October 2024 with a construction period of 18 months from the date of site possession.
Mudajaya said the project is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 onwards.
