Country Heights Holdings Appoints Dato’ Mircle Yap As New MD

Country Heights Holdings Berhad (CHHB) announced the appointment of Dato’ Mircle Yap Ching Chai as the company’s new Managing Director.  

Dato’ Mircle previously served as an Independent Director on the company’s board and has now  risen to lead the company’s strategic growth and development. With his extensive experience in  international finance and corporate governance, Dato’ Mircle is poised to lead CHHB to new  heights of success. 

Dato’ Mircle brings to CHHB more than 20 years of experience in the financial and corporate  sectors, having played diverse and crucial roles in equity fundraising, M&A, and IPO advisory  transactions across Asia, Europe, and the United States.  

Prior to joining CHHB, Dato’ Mircle held senior positions at several international investment and  listed companies. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dato’ Mircle is also actively  involved in NGOs and charitable organizations, demonstrating his commitment to making a  positive impact on society. 

Former Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT) Chairman Tan Sri Mohd Anwar Mohd Nor, who is also  the current Chairman of Country Heights, echoed this sentiment and expressed his eagerness to work with Dato’ Mircle. “I am confident that Dato’ Mircle’s strategic vision and deep knowledge of the industry will be instrumental in propelling CHHB to new heights,” he said.
