CelcomDigi has announced that both Postpaid and Prepaid customers can enjoy free 5G access until 31 May 2023 in line with the goal to have more users experience the high-speed capability of the network.
In a release the mega telco said the extension of Free 5G Booster on Digi Postpaid and Prepaid CelcomDigi introduced 5G Boosters for Digi Postpaid 1, Digi Postpaid Family 2 plans, and Digi Prepaid NEXT 3 monthly internet plans in March 2023, enables customers to enjoy 5G access with their current Internet plans. The free 5G Booster will be extended from 30 April 2023 until 31 May 2023.
For Digi Postpaid and Prepaid customers who want to try 5G, the 5G Booster can be activated with
three easy steps:
Step 1: Be on a current selling Digi Postpaid or Prepaid monthly Internet plan.
Step 2: Purchase a 5G Booster at RM0 from the MyDigi app.
Step 3: Ensure the 5G network setting is enabled on your 5G device.
Extension of Free 5G Trial Access for Celcom Postpaid and Prepaid
At the same time, the Free 5G Trial Access for Celcom MEGA Postpaid, Xpax Postpaid and Xpax Prepaid remains accessible for customers until 31 May 2023.
