Classita Holdings Bhd announced that the appeal by Loh Ming Choon and 4 others has been struck off at the request of the appellants.
The appeal was against the decision of the Court in invalidating the adjournment of the EGM and consequently validating the outcome of the meeting which as a result, 9 directors including Loh were removed from the Board of Classita effective 15 June 2022.
“With the appeal struck off, it is proof that all parties recognise that the EGM was held and conducted in a proper manner within the guidelines and regulations.
