Drivers License Can Be Renewed For 10 years: Loke

Transport Minister Anthony Loke announced that vehicle licenses can now be renewed for up to 10 years instead of 5 years maximum.

The minister made the announcement during a press conference as part of the license renewal initiative the Ministry is undertaking.

Drivers who decided to pay for the full 10 years license, will only have to pay for 9 years as there will be a discount of 1 year’s fee. Anthony Loke also said the initiative is only for Malaysians and not foreigners.
