Genting Malaysia Issues RM500 Million MTNs

Genting Malaysia has announced that GENM Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GENM, has today issued RM500 million in nominal value of MTNs via 3 tranches under the MTN Programme of RM5 billion.

The group will issue the MTN in three tranches with RM250 million, RM150 million and RM100million

This is the third issuance by Genting Malaysia Capital under the MTN Programme. Genting said the proceeds from the issuance will be utilised for operating expenses, capital expenditure, investment, refinancing, working capital requirements and/or general funding requirements, including to finance the development and/or redevelopment of the properties and/or resorts of GENM and/or its subsidiaries including those located in Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia.

AmInvestment Bank Berhad and Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad are Joint Lead Managers for this issuance.
