TH Properties Launches Facilities Management Software, i-MANS

TH Properties launched the i-MANS application today (May 9), a facilities management software, as a value-added service to enhance its facilities management (FM) business segment.

i-MANS, which stands for Integrated Maintenance Management System, is a cloud-based smart solution that will manage the complete operation and maintenance work, and improve the efficiency of the facility operation offered by the Group’s FM arm, TH Universal Builders Sdn. Bhd. (THUB), THP Services Sdn. Bhd. (THPS) and THP Utara Facilities Sdn. Bhd. (THPUF).

Speaking to reporters at the launch ceremony today, Azman Haji Ibrahim, the Group CEO of TH Properties said that with more than 50 sites and over 12 million sq. ft. of building spaces nationwide that are managed by its FM business segment, i-MANS allows for better coordination and tracking capabilities between the operator, clients and vendors.

“The Group is always seeking ways to add value to our products, be it in the physical form such as in our properties, or in the quality and level of services that we offer our customers. Now with the user-friendly i-MANS, we have a convenient tool to determine repair and maintenance needs accurately, keep records of dispatches with location-based check-ins and minimize unnecessary expenses,” said Azman.

Currently, there are more than 1,000 users who will benefit from i-MANS, with over a hundred with various technical and management backgrounds. Since its initial development and adoption in 2018, the application has undergone numerous improvements, enhancing its functionality and user-friendliness.

“We have a strong brand name in the facilities management services, and the launch of this application is a meaningful step to boost our footprint in the industry,” he added.

In FY2022, the division recorded revenue of RM148,870,216. Aside from its healthy order book size, the division’s operations are underpinned by the strong renewal of its existing contracts. The total contract value of the division currently stands at RM1,073,490,877.
