The troubled company, Serba Dinamik has issued a statement saying it is unable to report its quarterly report as required by the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as soon as the figures have been approved by the Board of Directors and in any event not later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year.
Serba Dinamik said it is unable to release the Quarterly Report for the Financial Period Ended 31 March 2023 within the timeframe, not later than 31 May 2023. The delay it said was due to a significant loss of manpower and loss of critical personnel.
In view of the above, it is expecting to issue and submit its Quarterly Report for the Financial Period Ended 31 March 2023 no later than 7 June 2023.
