MMU, Nala Groups Partner To Boost Graduate Employability In The Global Market

Multimedia University (MMU) entered into an agreement with Nala Groups to further boost the employability of MMU graduates in the global job market.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) would enhance students’ preparedness for industries requiring high levels of skill, while increasing their opportunities to secure international employment, such as in Singapore.

The MoU was signed on June 2 by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, and Alice Wong, CEO of Nala Groups, a Human Resource Agency based in Singapore and Malaysia.

Expressing his pleasure with the agreement, Prof. Mazliham described it as a great boost for MMU graduates in their continuous effort to be recognised in their respective industries, and especially at the international level.

MMU has produced about 70,000 marketable graduates since its establishment in 1997. Mazliham added, “With the combined robust commitment from MMU and Nala Groups, we are confident that our collaboration would pave the way for MMU graduates to leave an even bigger impact in the industries as well as in the global communities.”

The Nala Group is very confident that MMU graduates would be welcomed with open arms by not only Malaysian companies but also by companies from other countries. Alice Wong said, “We have received excellent feedback and high demand from companies, including those from Singapore, with regard to MMU’s graduates due to their superior skills and talents.”

Thanking MMU for the collaboration, Alice stated that placing talented graduates with the right employers through Nala Group’s effective strategies would go a long way in boosting the graduates’ careers.
