Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad received a letter of award from BCM Holdings Sdn. Bhd, a subsidiary company of Ecofirst Consolidated Berhad, in respect of a contract for the main building and external works for a proposed residential development project in Bandar Kuala Lumpur.
The total value of the contract is said to be RM404.3 million. The Contract is for the main building and external works of two blocks of apartment comprising thirty-nine storey service apartment, basement, and podium with eight storey carpark and commercial unit. Job is to commence in August this year and to be completed within thirty-six months from the date.
KPG said the contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the Group over the next three years.
