Bank Negar has updated the Financial Consumer Alert list with the addition of two new companies that the Central Bank deems not authorised to conduct financial-related services.
The list consists of companies and websites which are neither authorised nor approved under the relevant laws and regulations administered by BNM. The Bank also notes that the list is not exhaustive and only serves as a guide to members of the public based on information and queries received.
The following companies were added to the list:
- XFOX Market Trust (003280046 – H) and
- XFOX Market Sdn Bhd (1438134 – V)
