CelcomDigi which had a service disruption to its Digi fibre service has informed that all issues pertaining to the problem have since been resolved.
Earlier today news report came in informing on the disruption affecting thousands of Digi users, the group issued a statement saying” We wish to inform our Digi customers on Fibre plans that there is a disruption to our fibre service. Our 24-Hour Response Team is working closely with our partner TM to address and resolve the matter soonest possible. We thank our customers for their patience,”
Since fixing the problem, CelcomDigi said “With reference to the earlier update on our Fibre service disruption, we would like to update that the issue has been resolved and services are restored. We thank our customers for their patience and regret the inconvenience caused.”
