IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the IJM says it has executed the Letter of Acceptance from Global Vision Logistics Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction of a logistic hub in Shah Alam.
The project will require the construction company to design, construct and complete including testing and commissioning for Phase 1A consists of 4-storey logistic hub, 4-storey multilevel parking with 1-storey office and ancillary buildings at Persiaran Selangor, Seksyen 16, Shah Alam, Selangor for a contract sum of RM653.6 million.
The completion period for the project will be 26 months from the date of commencement it added.
