Bursa Malaysia ended Wednesday’s (June 28) morning trading session mixed in tandem with the mixed Asian markets.
At 12.30pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) rose 4.48 points to 1,391.22 from 1,386.74 at Tuesday’s close.
The key index opened 0.93 of-a-point firmer at 1,387.67 on Wednesday morning — the lowest for the day so far — before rising as high as 1,394.56 during the session.
However, the broader market was slightly negative as decliners beat gainers 331 to 322, while 384 counters were unchanged, 1,285 untraded and 84 others suspended.
Turnover stood at 1.66 billion units worth RM755.88 million.
