Bursa Remains Lower At Midday

Bursa Malaysia remained lower at midday on Friday (July 7), tracking the downbeat performance in regional bourses.

At 12.30pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) fell 3.88 points to 1,382.07 from 1,385.95 at Thursday’s close.

The key index opened 3.75 points lower at 1,382.20 on Friday morning and moved between 1,380.61 and 1,385.74 throughout the trading session.

The broader market was also negative as decliners trounced gainers 415 to 251, while 384 counters were unchanged, 1,210 untraded and 28 others suspended.
