With regards to MCMC’s recent reply on the lowering of broadband fees in accordance with the MSAP, TM confirms that it is in finalisation and publication of its Reference Access Offer (RAO) soon.
The biggest fixed broadband provider in the country said it is set to begin negotiations and execution of the Access Agreements (AA) with Access Seekers by end-Sept in line with the timelines issued by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission in its media release on 11 July 2023.
There was query on why the broadband prices had not come down despite MSAP being implemented in March this year which the regulator replied that service prodivers were in negotiations and that they will intriduce the new lowered pricing before September.
