SMTrack responded to news articles entitled “MACC looking for man with ‘Datuk’ title to assist investigations” and “Has Sersol head honcho Justin Lim Hwa Tat gone into hiding?”
The company said its Board and Management are also trying to locate its Executive Director, Datuk Wira Justin Lim Hwa Tat.
It states it has no knowledge whatsoever pertaining to the investigation of the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission relating to Sersol Berhad in which Datuk Wira Justin Lim was the Managing Director of Sersol up to 15 June 2023, as well as that SMTrack and its subsidiaries are not directly or indirectly involved in any business with Sersol Berhad whatsoever and that group’s business is as usual and there is no impact on the Group’s operations.
