Encorp Launches First Property Development In Sabah

Encorp Berhad announces its expansion into East Malaysia with the official launch of its highly anticipated Cahaya Kristal Residential Project, a low-density leasehold development on a 1.6 acres residential site at Bukit Kepayan, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The development marks the firms entry into the Sabah property market. Cahaya Kristal introduces 166 units spread across a 10-storey tower block, offering a selection of 1+1 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 1+2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, as well as built-ups ranging from 530 sq. ft. to 790 sq. ft. and priced attractively from RM440,000.

It also opened its first sales gallery located at KK Times Square. The gross development value of Cahaya Kristal is estimated at RM79.2 million, with completion targeted by July 2026.
