Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) officially appointed Meru Utama Sdn Bhd as ERL’s media concession holder through a contract signed by both parties today (August 8).
CEO of ERL, Noormah Mohd Noor said the contract was signed for a period of three years.
According to her, through the collaboration she is optimistic about the potential return that will be obtained in line with the recovery of the aviation industry after the Covid-19 pandemic.
“With the increasing number of air travel, we see it will have a positive impact on ERL’s passenger numbers.
“We expect our passenger numbers to recover to more than 80 percent of pre-pandemic levels by the end of this year.
“This collaboration will provide more exposure to foreign and local tourists.
“We are confident that with Meru Utama’s extensive experience and commitment to quality, we can use our media assets optimally to generate maximum value for all parties,” she said in conjunction with the Agreement Signing Ceremony between ERL and Meru Utama.
