Kawan Food Berhad has informed the Exchange that its Chief Executive Officer Ng Hooi Khai has vacated his post effective August 2 2023 upon expiration of his contract with the company.
He is also the Sr Vice President for Manufacturing at LF Beauty Manufacturing China and an alumnus of the National Cheng Kung University.
Ng holds 72,000 ordinary shares in the group.
