Bursa Continues Suspension Of Jerasia

Bursa Malaysia has continued the suspension of Jerasia Capital Berhad for the failure in issuing the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframe given.

Apart from the suspension, the Exchange may enforce other actions action and said that the suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline.

In view of the above and in the event that Jerasia is unable to submit the outstanding quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 May 2023 on or before 7 August 2023, trading in the Company’s securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 8 August 2023 until further notice. However, as the Company’s securities have been suspended from trading since 25 April 2023, the suspension of trading has continued until further notice.
