Naico and MBOT To Cultivate Aerospace Professionals In The Country

The National Aerospace Industry Corporation Malaysia has formed a strategic collaboration with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) in cultivating aerospace professionals within the Malaysian aerospace industry community.

The parties’ aim to leverage MBOT’s Technology Professional support and uniting it with Malaysia Aerospace Centre of Excellence (MyAERO Centre) initiatives spearheaded by NAICO Malaysia, fortifying their joint commitment to advancing the
aerospace landscape. NAICO Malaysia aims to equip the Malaysian aerospace workforce with the technological prowess needed to excel in the modern landscape while embracing the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

The alignment of NAICO Malaysia’s vision with the upcoming New Industrial Master Plan 2030 (NIMP2030), as set forth by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), marks another milestone in its journey. Central to this master plan is the promotion of high-complexity activities that steer individuals and industries towards sustainability and inclusivity. This approach aims to bridge socioeconomic gaps and create a more equitable future for Malaysia’s citizens.
