Prolintas To Shut Elmina Exit Until Crash Probe Completed

The Elmina Interchange (Exit 3504) of the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) is fully shut until cleanup and investigation on yesterday’s plane crash are complete, said Prolintas Group of Companies (Prolintas).

It said on social media as an alternative to Elmina from GCE, motorists can use the Bukit Subang Interchange (Exit 3505).

“The other alternative is through the northbound Elmina toll, exit at Paya Jaras,” said the post.

The route was closed after a Beechcraft Model 390 (Premier 1) plane crashed onto the GCE near Bandar Elmina in Shah Alam, Selangor, at about 2.50pm yesterday.Eight people onboard and two motorists on the highway were killed in the incident.
