Boustead Plantation has requested the Exchange for the suspension of the trading of its shares for 24 August from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The request has been approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad whereby the ordinary shares in BPlant have been suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. today. The group requested for the suspension pending the release of a material announcement.
The request for suspension is made under Practice Note 2 on Request for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities.
