Serba Dinamik has informed Bursa Malaysia that it will not be able to submit its quarterly report for the period ending 30 June 2023 within the timeframe stipulated by the Exchange which is 31 August.
Under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the PN17 listed company is required to issue its interim financial report that is prepared on a quarterly basis, as soon as the figures have been approved by the Board of Directors, and in any event not later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year.
The group said it is expecting to issue and submit its Quarterly Report for the Financial Period Ended 30 June 2023 no later than 8 September 2023 instead.
