Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has notified that Practice Note 17 company, Comintel Corporation Berhad has regularised its financial condition and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities
The group said after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had decided to approve the company’s application for an upliftment from being classified as a PN17 company. COMCORP will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 5 September 2023.
Comintel had also won multiple awards including an RM260 million contract back in July from Binastra and an RM229 million apartment project in Taman Desa.
