Serba Dinamik is staring at legal claims against the company as it continues with its regularisation Perisind Samudra Sdn Bhd had filed a claim against the PN17 company back in 2022 arising from, among other allegations and breaches of agreement.
The claim is related to a joint venture agreement and several supplemental agreements between both parties to collaboratively develop an integrated industrial, commercial, and residential project on land located at Pengerang, Johor.
PSSB is seeking, RM15,062,545.20 equivalent to the 5th Guaranteed Return under the JVA to PSSB, an order for SDSB to pay RM6,316,918.31 equivalent to the amount of certified claims due under the AIUC to PSSB
The other claim is from Izin Budi Sdn Bhd which is for the same project ordering Serba Dinamik to pay RM5,000,000.00 equivalent to the 5th Guaranteed Return under the JVA to IBSB;
