HeiTech Padu Berhad said it had accepted and signed the LOA from the Ministry of Education for a ‘lease to own’ of eco-efficient laptops to be used by teachers in schools and educational institutions.
The RM40.9 million contract is to supply these devices for education centers located in Kelantan and Terengganu. The company said the contract is for a period of 63 months commencing from September 2023 to December 2028.
Heitech added the contract is in the best interest of the company and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
