“The Digital Niaga programme is a golden opportunity for MSMEs to turn their businesses around. This programme provides the platform for them to find the right digital tools and easy access to financial resources. The aim is to boost revenue and growth for millions of Malaysia’s MSMEs by connecting them to the right solutions and partners, such as BSN,” said Aizat Rahim, Managing Director of Dropee during the official launch of Digital Niaga.

With a shared value to empower MSMEs in Malaysia, the Digital Niaga programme will provide businesses with the tools to fast-track their digital transformation and technology adoption.

Through this programme, MSMEs will have the opportunity to be a part of Dropee’s e-commerce platform, the largest online B2B marketplace in Malaysia and utilise many convenient digital tools available to automate their everyday business operations.

Through data-driven insights, Dropee also forecasts product demand and recommends suitable financing products, increasing MSME competitiveness in the market as they are now able to anticipate more easily market trends, improve procurement processes for maximum profitability and find the right products with the best prices at the right time.

Aizat further added on “The Digital Niaga programme is aligned with the MADANI Economy aspirations to develop MSMEs into regional champions and provide the necessary resources to drive their export potential, positioning Malaysia as the world’s top 30 largest economies. We hope MSMEs will participate in the Digital Niaga programme and seize the opportunity to scale from a micro enterprise to one that has exporting capabilities. By providing a holistic approach to support, Dropee and BSN are poised to drive sustainable growth and innovation within Malaysia’s vibrant MSME sector.”
