Press Metal has announced that its has made its fourth issuance of Sukuk Wakalah under the Sukuk Programme for an aggregate nominal value of RM500.0 million with tenures of 5 years and 7 years.
This part of its Islamic Medium Tern Note Programme of up to RM5 billion in nominal value based on the Shariah Principle Of Wakalah Bu Al-Istithmar (Sukuk Programme)
Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is the sole Principal Adviser and Lead Arranger for the Sukuk Programme. AmInvestment Bank Berhad, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd are the Joint Lead Managers for the Fourth Issuance.
