Reneuco Berhad announced the appointment of two new Independent Non-Executive Directors to its Board of Directors namely Dato’ Dr. Md Khir bin Abdul Rahman and Tunku Datuk Nooruddin bin Tunku Dato’ Seri Shahabuddin.
Corporate governance and strategist stalwart Dato’ Dr. Md Khir brings with him years of experience as a Board member of several companies in both the public and private sectors including SIRIM Berhad, Telekom Malaysia Berhad and Malaysian Electronic Payment System. He also has extensive experience in various senior roles specifically in Telekom, MEPS as well as Bank Negara Malaysia.
Meanwhile, Tunku Datuk Nooruddin brings with him a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the oil, gas and energy industries as well as international businesses from the various renowned positions he has held in the field including in Esso Malaysia Berhad and Baker Hughes INTEQ.
