Kimlun Group via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd had accepted the award of 2 contracts from Eco World Development Group Berhad group pertaining to the following projects in Johor.
Among the project is to design and build 1 block of service apartments and amenities, with an estimated date of completion on 1 April 2026; and the construction of 148 units of link houses and ancillary buildings, with an estimated date of completion on 1 April 2025
The group said the aggregate contract value of the 2 contracts is RM140.2 million.
Kimlun believes the projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group for the financial years during the contract period.
